Corporate Social Responsibility

We have always sought to exhibit responsible and ethical practices. Our culture was formalised in 2000 in a series of written statements – our Code of Conduct and Customer Charter. These statements illustrate our social responsibility to our customers, to our shareholders, to our employees and to the governments of markets in which we operate.

Our objective is to provide a protected entertainments environment, in which our customer care programmes give responsible adults the confidence of knowing that their money is safe, whilst providing Sportingbet with the confidence that all reasonable steps are being taken to protect the vulnerable.

We also appoints a Social Responsibility Committee to review Corporate Social Responsibility policies and to stimulate Group wide best practice on matters including age verification, fraud, money laundering, responsible gaming, self-exclusion and privacy.
